7. Online courses

Online courses include any paid course content delivered via our learning platform (including modules/topics, videos, downloads, quizzes, and related materials).

• If you have accessed more than one (1) topic within an online course, the course becomes non-refundable.
• If you have accessed one topic or less, refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis (unless another policy applies to that course).
• We may suspend access if we reasonably believe your account is being used in breach of these Terms.

8. CPD bookings and events

CPD bookings and events include training sessions, webinars, workshops, and other scheduled events (online or in-person).

• Refunds are available if you cancel more than 24 hours before the event start time.
• If you cancel within 24 hours of the event start time, no refund will be due.
• If we cancel or reschedule an event, we will offer you a refund or an alternative date (where available).

Where we provide services (for example, education support, alternative provision, tutoring, or therapy services), any service-specific terms, statements of work, or booking terms provided to you will apply in addition to these Terms.
