The subscription box contains resources and activities to help reinforce positive habits and emotional skills at home.
2. Bi-Weekly Meeting + Subscription Box
Choose this option for a one-to-one online meeting every two weeks with our SEMH specialist, along with a monthly subscription box. These regular sessions help your child build confidence and manage emotions over time, while the subscription box provides hands-on tools and activities to use between meetings.
3. Taster Session
Not sure if this service is right for you? Book a one-off taster session with our SEMH specialist. This single meeting lets you experience our approach and ask any questions, with no commitment. You’ll get practical ideas to support your child’s wellbeing straight away.
