What is Book a Sport?
Book a Sport is a school-friendly sports programme for primary pupils. We deliver engaging, inclusive sessions that help children enjoy movement again — especially those who find traditional PE difficult.
Sessions are practical, positive and built around participation, not pressure. We focus on routines, encouragement, teamwork and confidence so pupils can take part in a way that feels safe and achievable.
