Discover Educational Excellence
Wraparound Care
Wraparound Care gives children and families a consistent, supportive space before and after the school day. We combine structure, warmth, and purposeful activities so children feel settled, regulated, and ready to learn — and parents can get on with work and life knowing their child is safe and supported.
We’re a Sheffield-based education provider with strong SEND/SEMH experience. That means we don’t just “supervise” children — we understand behaviour, communication needs, anxiety, and sensory differences, and we respond with calm, clear boundaries.
Who it’s for
- Primary-aged children (including children with SEND/SEMH needs)
- Working parents/carers who need reliable childcare around school hours
- Schools looking for a trusted partner to improve attendance, punctuality, and wellbeing
- A consistent routine that reduces anxiety and helps children settle quickly
- A calm, welcoming environment with clear expectations and kind adults
- Supported play and social time to build confidence and friendships
- Movement and regulation activities (great for children who struggle to sit still)
- Creative activities that build focus and self-expression
- Quiet spaces for children who need a break from noise or busy rooms
- Safe, supervised care with staff who understand children’s needs
- Clear drop-off and pick-up routines so mornings and afternoons run smoothly
- Positive behaviour support (we focus on de-escalation and repair, not punishment)
- Regular communication when something important needs sharing
- A place your child actually wants to go — not a daily battle
Wraparound Care can be a practical part of your wider inclusion and attendance strategy.
- A reliable partner that reflects your values and safeguarding standards
- Support for children who struggle with transitions (home-to-school and school-to-home)
- Improved punctuality and readiness to learn through consistent routines
- A calmer end-of-day handover for children who find pick-up stressful
- Professional collaboration with school staff when needed
Children thrive when adults are predictable.
- Clear routines (children know what’s happening and what’s expected)
- Simple, positive language (no shaming, no power struggles)
- Boundaries with empathy (we’re kind, and we don’t wobble)
- Regulation first (we help children feel calm before we try to problem-solve)
Safeguarding and standards
- Staff follow safer recruitment expectations
- Staff are trained in safeguarding and Prevent
- Clear reporting routes and documentation
- Calm behaviour support and de-escalation practices
