Educational Options
Alternative Provision
Our Alternative Provision supports young people who are struggling in mainstream school and need a fresh start in a safe, structured setting. Learners complete Functional Skills with focused English and Maths in the morning, followed by enrichment, interventions, active learning and confidence-building activities in the afternoon. We work with schools, academies and home educated families, offering clear outcomes: either a supported return to mainstream education or a planned move into a positive Post-16 next step (college, apprenticeship or training). We deliver provision across Sheffield, Rotherham and Chesterfield, with small groups and experienced staff who understand SEND/SEMH needs and help students re-engage with learning.
Inclusive Classroom
Our Inclusive Classroom is an online option for learners who need flexibility without lowering expectations. Students access English and Maths Functional Skills at different levels, with supportive teaching and a clear learning plan that builds skills week by week. It’s ideal for home educated young people, schools and MATs supporting persistently absent students, and learners who are school refusers or anxious about attending in person. Over a 12-week pathway, students can rebuild routines, improve confidence and work towards recognised outcomes, including online exams, with calm, consistent support throughout.
Wraparound Care
Our Wraparound Care helps primary schools in Sheffield offer families reliable, positive care beyond the school day. We provide fun, safe sessions that keep children active, engaged and supported—perfect for schools that want wraparound provision that feels purposeful, not just “childcare”. Activities are designed to build confidence, social skills and wellbeing, with staff who understand behaviour, routines and what children need to thrive. It’s a simple way to support working families while giving children a place they enjoy being.
You Matter Primary Programme
The You Matter Primary Programme is for children who need more than a standard classroom can offer right now. We work in small groups with tailored learning, targeted interventions and a strong focus on wellbeing, helping pupils who may be struggling with SEMH, trauma, SEND or anxiety to feel safe and ready to learn again. Alongside education support, we can include therapy sessions (such as art, play or sports-based approaches) to help children regulate, communicate and rebuild trust. We believe mainstream isn’t right for every child all the time—some pupils simply lose their way, and with the right guidance and support, they can return stronger, happier and more confident.
