KRS Education Ltd’s post-16 and adult programme exists to provide accessible, high-quality Functional Skills and employability learning that removes barriers to education, builds confidence, and supports learners to progress into employment, apprenticeships, and further learning.
Functional Skills
Build your confidence in English and Maths with our 12-week Functional Skills programme. With different levels available, we’ll start you at the right point for you, then support you step-by-step to improve your skills, track your progress, and work towards a recognised qualification that helps with work, training, and everyday life.
Employability Skills
Get ready for work with practical employability skills that employers value. Over 12 weeks we’ll help you build your CV, improve interview skills, strengthen communication and teamwork, and develop the habits that support success at work—so you feel more confident applying for jobs and keeping them.
