Functional Skills qualifications are real, recognised qualifications that employers and colleges actually care about. But here’s the thing – you don’t need to sit in a packed classroom to get them. Our live online lessons are designed for teens like you: whether you’re homeschooled, studying from home, or just need something more flexible than traditional school.
You’ll get expert tutors, small groups (max 8 people), and lessons that actually make sense. No massive classes, no getting lost in the crowd, just solid teaching that helps you pass your exams.

4 lessons per week (2 Maths + 2 English) – that’s it. Manageable, consistent, and designed to actually stick. Jump in on the modules need extra support with.

Live on Zoom – log in from anywhere, anytime. No downloads, no faff.

Small groups – just you and up to 7 other learners, so tutors actually know your name and what you’re struggling with.

12-week courses – bite-sized, focused blocks that take you from Entry Level all the way through to Level 2.
The Catch? There isn’t one. We’ve kept it simple:
- Lessons from £9 – pay as you go or commit to a block. Your choice.
- First 4 lessons are free – try it out, see if it’s for you, no strings attached.
- Flexible entry and exit – join whenever you want, progress at your own pace.
- Schools Enrolling Students, we will let attendance know.

What are the English & Maths Live Lessons?

Yes. Our Functional Skills pathway leads to NCFE certified qualifications (English and Maths).
What levels do you support?
We support learners from Entry Level through to Level 2, with the pace and approach tailored to the learner.
How do I book a lesson?
Once you have your lesson package, you can book your preferred session(s) using the booking link provided. If you need help choosing the right level, get in touch and we'll guide you.
What happens if I book a lesson and don't attend?
If you book a lesson and don't attend, that session will still be counted as used from your lesson allowance.
Do lesson packages expire?
Yes. If you choose a package and do not use the lessons within the allotted time, unused lessons are forfeited.
How do the 4 free lessons work?
If you register for 4 free lessons, you have 14 days to use them from the date of your first attended lesson. These cannot be extended.
Can I book for more than one attendee?
Yes. You can book multiple attendees. For larger numbers, please get in touch so we can support you properly.
What do I need to join the live lessons?
A device with internet access, a quiet space if possible, and a willingness to try. We'll keep things clear, calm, and supportive.
Can you support learners with SEN/SEMH or anxiety around learning?
Yes. Our approach is inclusive and supportive, with adjustments and encouragement to help learners feel safe, understood, and able to progress.
