Digital products (downloads)
Digital products are delivered instantly. We cannot offer a refund once a digital product has been downloaded.
If you have paid for a digital product but cannot download it, or you believe there has been an error with your order (for example, a duplicate purchase), please contact us and we will help.
Physical products (returns)
You can request a return and refund for physical products within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a refund, items must be:
- Unused and in the original condition
- Returned with any original packaging where possible
Postage, packaging, and delivery costs
Refunds cover the cost of the item only.
Postage/packaging and delivery charges are not refundable.
Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return postage is the customer’s responsibility.
Faulty or incorrect items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
