REFUND POLICY

1. Digital Products

   • E-learning Courses and E-books • Refunds are only available for digital products that have not been downloaded or accessed • Once content has been accessed or downloaded, no refund will be issued • All refund requests must be submitted in writing to hello@krseducation.co.uk

2. Webinars and Events

   • Cancellation Policy: • Full refunds are available up to 18 hours before the scheduled event time • No refunds will be issued within 18 hours of the event • Transfers to alternative dates may be available at our discretion

3. Clothing and Merchandise

   • Return Eligibility: • Items must be returned in original condition with tags attached • Returns accepted within 14 days of purchase
   • Exchange Options: • Size exchanges available at no additional cost • Credit notes available for future purchases • Full refund to original payment method

4. General Terms

   • All refund requests will be processed within 5-7 working days
   • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
   • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

5. How to Request a Refund

   • Email your refund request to hello@krseducation.co.uk
   • Include your order number and reason for refund
   • For physical items, await return instructions before sending items back

6. Additional Information

   • We reserve the right to refuse refunds that don’t meet our stated conditions
   • All decisions regarding refunds are at the discretion of KRS Education
