At Next Gen Training, we believe in shaping the future of fitness by starting with the youngest members of our society. According to the NHS, nearly one-third of children between the ages of 2-15 are overweight or obese. We aim to make a positive impact by ingraining essential movement skills early on.

Our program includes exercises such as push-ups, walking lunges, jump squats, lateral bounds, and balancing movements, all tailored to be fun and engaging for kids.
